Omg , this morning i really couldn't stop laughing infront of Boboy , Issac , etc .
Because i forgot to bring my spikes along , late for morning run already . So , my father came down without wearing shirt , pass me my spikes . Suddenly , Issac was like , Your father also same shirt with you ? I was like , HUH ? Then Boboy said , " your father laa , both hands got tattoos , like angkong siao siaa , like father like daughter " So many years they've seen my father , now then say this , lame -.- Then talked about that time the slacking incident , couldn't stop laughing , monkey & pig ;D

Morning run .
Then went for confession . Cried alot while i was praying . Zzz , know why ? God was beside me , im serious ;D
Sit beside Yamuna in class , joker siaa . We both like corrupt the whole class , haha .

School ended late today -.-
After school , went for training .
OMG ! THE RESULTS FOR MY NATIONALS CROSS-COUNTRY 4.1 KM IS OUT ;

Total runners , 475 . My position , 142 . Timing , 23 minutes !

I thought i did 30mins or 45 mins , in the end , 23mins . Not bad , but not good enough , have to work harder (:
Today's training damn slack . But tiring . The workout was 100m - 10 times , 15secs for 1 x 100m . Nobody had 15secs , LOL . But it was a good run though ;D
Had a suprise bday party for coach , she was really touched . Yay .
So after training , we all ate the bday cake , went home [:

Lastly , the 800m relay competition yesterday , my timing was same as Atiqah - 3 mins 25 seconds . Haha , gotta do better for next sunday's 800m individual competition ;D
